Terms of use and engagement

Applicable principles

• Inquiry information must be accurate to the sender’s knowledge, lawful and authorized for disclosure.
• An initial response is only a feasibility assessment; scope, output, fees, timing, confidentiality and responsibilities require a separate agreement.
• Site marks, copy and structure remain protected. Internal use for engagement assessment is permitted; commercial republication requires permission.
• The sender is responsible for authority to provide company and individual information.
• Governing law, dispute forum and payment conditions are determined only in the engagement-specific contract.

If this page conflicts with a signed agreement, that agreement controls for the relevant engagement.
