Controller and scope
The company identified on this site controls personal information received through inquiry forms, account registration, correspondence and professional interactions. It also applies to individuals acting for companies.
Data collected and its source
We store names, email, phone, role or company, location, inquiry subject and details, indicative budget or volume, technical information and voluntary attachments. For security and abuse prevention, an IP hash, submission time, inquiry status and administrative events are also recorded.
Purpose and basis
Processing supports pre-contract inquiries, account management, feasibility assessment, system security, contract performance and legal obligations. Separate marketing is not sent without consent or another valid basis.
Attachments and security
Attachments are not published in the public media library; type and size are checked and files are stored privately under randomized names. No internet transfer is risk-free, so do not send passwords, private keys, full banking credentials, patient health data or highly confidential material.
Recipients and transfers
Internal access is limited to authorized personnel. Where commercially necessary, minimum relevant data may be shared with a supplier, buyer, adviser, inspector, logistics provider or technical service provider. Confidential disclosure should be controlled by suitable scope and authorization. Disclosure to a competent authority may also be required.
Retention
Inquiries without an engagement are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Contract, financial and compliance records are kept as required by law or to establish and defend rights. Security data is short-lived. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Proportionate identity verification is required to prevent wrongful disclosure. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where legal retention or an active dispute applies.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential WordPress session, form-security and login cookies. Internal visit counting uses a hashed identifier and deduplication window and is not designed for behavioral advertising.
